Is HER AGAIN therapy?
No. It offers self-guided tools, educational content and, with HER PLUS, an AI reflection companion. It can help you find a therapist, lawyer or mediator, but it doesn’t replace one.
Who can read what I write?
Your journal, check-in notes, AI conversations and contacts are encrypted before they’re stored, and only shown back to you when you’re signed in. Our staff tools show counts, never your writing. When you use an AI feature, that message is sent to our AI provider to create a reply. See the privacy notice.
What if someone else uses my phone or computer?
Every page has a Quick exit button (or press Esc twice) that jumps to a weather site. Use an email address only you can open, and a private browsing window if you share a device. Read more on your safety.
How much does it cost?
The free membership has no time limit and includes the journal, check-ins, the first steps of every journey, the support team and the 2 AM page. HER PLUS adds the AI features (the reflection companion, goal step suggestions and Care inbox reply drafts), the full journeys, mood patterns and milestones. See membership for current prices.
How do I cancel?
From Membership, choose Manage billing and cancel. You keep paid features until the end of the period you’ve paid for. See cancellation and refunds.
Will other members know who I am?
No. In the sisterhood you use a community name you choose. Other members never see your email, your location, the situations you picked when you joined, or anything you write privately. You can block anyone, and report anything, for free. Read the community guidelines.
Is the AI companion a real person?
No. It’s an AI, and it will tell you so. It can be wrong, it doesn’t diagnose, and it won’t tell you to leave or stay. Read how our AI works.
Does anyone watch for emergencies?
No. Nobody monitors what you write, and the app can’t send help. If you’re in danger, call 911. In Canada you can also call or text 988 any time. The 2 AM page lists more lines.
Can I find a therapist here?
You can search trusted outside directories from your support team page. A verified HER AGAIN directory is planned, and will open only once credentials are checked properly.
Is there a community?
Not yet. We’ll open moderated community spaces only when reporting, blocking and trained moderators are in place.
How do I download or delete my information?
From Settings, at any time. Deleting your account removes your content permanently. For anything else, use the contact page.
