Who you’re agreeing with

These terms are an agreement between you and Quateria Inc., operating as Her Again Digital Doula (“we”, “us”). They apply when you create an account, use HER AGAIN, or buy a membership.

What HER AGAIN is, and isn’t

HER AGAIN provides self-guided tools, educational content, an AI reflection companion and a place to organise the people supporting you. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care, legal advice, financial advice or an emergency service, and using it does not create a professional relationship. Our content is general information, not advice for your situation. We can’t promise any particular emotional, legal or personal outcome.

If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call 911 (or your local emergency number) or 988 in Canada. HER AGAIN does not monitor what you write and cannot send help. See your safety.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Keep your email account secure, since sign-in links are sent there. You’re responsible for activity on your account; tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use HER AGAIN to harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, expose or monitor anyone.
• Don’t upload other people’s private information without a lawful reason, or anything illegal.
• Don’t try to access other accounts, disrupt the service, probe it for weaknesses without our written permission, or scrape it.
• Don’t misuse the support-team or alert features to contact people who haven’t agreed to hear from you.

Memberships and billing

• The free membership costs nothing and has no time limit. Safety tools, including the 2 AM page, are never behind a paywall.
• Paid memberships are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Prices include or add applicable taxes as shown before you pay.
• You can cancel any time from Membership. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• Refunds follow our cancellation and refund policy.
• If we change a price, we’ll tell you before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Your content

You own what you write. You give us a limited permission to store, encrypt, process and display it only to provide the service to you, including sending it to the AI provider when you use an AI feature. We don’t use your private content for advertising or to train AI models. You can export or delete it at any time from Settings.

Our content and brand

The HER AGAIN name, logo, journeys, prompts and other materials belong to Quateria Inc. or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

AI features

AI replies can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. Use your own judgement, and don’t rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. Read how our AI works.

Third-party links and directories

We link to outside directories and services (for example, crisis lines and professional directories). We don’t control them and don’t endorse or guarantee any provider listed there.

Limits of our responsibility

We work hard to keep HER AGAIN available and secure, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be limited.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and will tell you why unless the law or someone’s safety prevents it.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, contact us first at to be published before launch or through our contact page. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and respond fully within 10 business days. If you’re not satisfied, you may contact your provincial consumer protection office or, for privacy matters, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without taking away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the province where you live.

Changes

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we’ll ask you to review and accept the new version before you continue. The version date is shown at the top.
